Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is offered in a confidential, supportive setting. Sessions focus on emotional well-being, life transitions, and personal growth, moving at a pace that feels right for you.



Through individualized treatment planning, therapy addresses concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Whether navigating career changes, shifts in identity, family dynamics, or unexpected life events, therapy provides structured support to help clients gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and strengthen emotional regulation.



The therapeutic process is tailored to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, explore the root causes of cognitive and emotional barriers, and implement practical tools that promote healthier thinking and behavior. 



Individual therapy is not only for times of crisis—it is also a proactive investment in personal development. It creates space for reflection, growth, healing, and the cultivation of a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is informed by the Gottman Method and focuses on communication, connection, and mutual understanding. At times, individual emotional experiences within the relationship may also be explored.



In a supportive and natural environment, partners are guided in exploring relationship patterns, emotional need, and areas of conflict with clarity and respect. Through intentional dialogue and evidence-based interventions, couples learn to communicate more effectively, repair emotional rupture, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional intimacy.



The therapeutic process emphasizes shared accountability, emotional safety, and collaborative goal setting. Together, we identify unhelpful interaction cycles, explore underlying vulnerabilities, and cultivate practical tools that promote empathy, connection, and long-term relational stability.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, holistic practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and overall energetic balance. Rooted in the Japanese tradition developed by Mikao Usui, Reiki is based on the understanding that the body holds an innate capacity for healing when energy is flowing freely and harmoniously.



During a Reiki session, light touch or hands held just above the body are used to support the natural flow of energy. Clients often report a sense of warmth, calm, emotional release, or deep relaxation. 



Reiki is not a substitute for medical or psychological care; rather, it is a complementary wellness practice that may enhance overall well-being when integrated into a broader self-care routine.


 $75  / 60 minute session

Telehealth

Telehealth services are available through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform for clients located in states where I am licensed. 


Virtual sessions provide the same level of professional care, confidentiality, and engagement as in-person services, offering flexibility and accessibility.  



All core service including individual therapy, couples therapy, and other therapeutic modalities can be provided through secure virtual sessions.



Virtual therapy can be especially beneficial for individuals with busy schedules, limited transportation, health considerations, or those who simply prefer the convenience of receiving care from home.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a focused, goal-oriented therapeutic approach designed to help individuals create meaningful and lasting change. By guiding clients into a relaxed, heightened state of awareness, hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind where habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns are deeply rooted.



In this calm and receptive state, individuals are better able to identify and shift limiting thoughts and behaviors that may be interfering with their progress. Hypnotherapy can support a wide range of personal goals, including weight management, smoking cessation, dissolving phobias, reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and increasing self-esteem and self-awareness.



Clients remain aware and in control throughout the process. When integrated into a broader therapeutic plan, hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool for reinforcing positive change and supporting long-term personal growth.


Please note that Hypnotherapy is not suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions, particularly those involving psychosis (hallucinations, delusions), schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder,   It is also generally inappropriate for severe dissociative disorders, personality disorders, severe depression, or people actively using drugs or alcohol. 


$75 / 45 minute session
